I took my mom here to get her hair cut. My mom has dementia n can get antsy. The option to get in line from home was great n worked flawlessly. These ladies were awesome! Amy was so patient with my mom, making jokes n laughing with her. Let alone gave her a super cute haircut. This customer service was one of a kind. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!!

My stylist extraordinaire, Virginia, transitioned to the Maple Village location in Ann Arbor, MI last year. While I’ve been a long-time Great Clips customer, I’ve never experienced such a lively and fun atmosphere. The staff are personable, charismatic and treat you like family. The salon’s manager, Amy, has been a pleasure to connect with and really sets the tone for the impressive culture. Virginia always has me laughing in my seat and sends me out the door looking Red Carpet Ready! I happily drive an extra 30 mins beyond my previous location for that experience! A special shout-out to Virginia, Amy and Tiffany for their significant contributions to that salon’s success.
